NHRA XPLOD SPORT COMPACT RACING SERIES RULE REVISIONS

(May 27, 2007) - The NHRA has announced a revision to the rules for VW powered vehicles in the All- Motor category.  Currently here are the rules for VW Air Cooled:

"Type 1" or "waterboxer," cast magnesium or cast aluminum case permitted.  NHRA-accepted aftermarket heads permitted.  Accepted aftermarket heads are 910 Pro Series Auto Craft, SHO Performance Technology, Bug Pack Superflow.

The new revision now adds "Heads-Up Performance and Pauter Super Pro" to the list of aftermarket heads.
